Warranty and Return Information
All of our shipped products undergo careful review and are guaranteed to be free from defects. However, if for some reason, you received a defective unit we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
Can I Return an Item I do Not Like?
Yes. We would like for you to have the best experience possible with our products. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied we will gladly, refund / exchange / replace your item.
How Long do I Have to Return an Item?
All returns must be communicated to our customer service within 30 days from the delivery of the product and arrive at our facility within 45 days from the delivery date
So, In simple Words, How Long do I Have to Return an Item?
Let's say you ordered an item and received it on Jan 1st. You have until Jan 30th to get in touch with our customer service department and let them know that you wish to return the item (In turn, they will issue you with an RMA form to be included with your return). At that point you can pack your item and ship back to us. As long as we receive it by Feb 15th (45 days) you are good.
Can I Get a Refund
Upon receipt of you item in our facility we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the item. We do not refund any shipping & handling paid.
